Woodbury Windows No 1 - from Urban Theme series, by award-winning artists Ben and Raisa Gertsberg, aka BRG, who collaborate under the name It's a Beautiful World!

This is an arched window in Woodbury neighborhood in the City of Irvine, Orange County, CA. All homes within Woodbury feature elements of Romanesque Revival architecture. Many architectural details on house facades, windows, balconies and doors are borrowed from Cottage, Tuscan, French, Spanish and Formal Italian styles of architecture.

Taking a strall along the main drag and looking up will make you feel like you are in the old world. The stucco colors on houses' exteriors are usually in shades of beige but we are always craving some color so we decided to paint the wall bright yellow. And of course the blue sky is always there in sunny Southern California.

Ben and Raisa Gertsberg are a husband and wife artist duo. They create original acrylic paintings, digital fine art and fine art photography and collaborate under the name It's a Beautiful World!
